What is Health Coaching?
A health coach is an active partner in helping clients make healthy lifestyle choices. As your Health Coach, I will create a supportive environment that will enable you to set and achieve all of your health goals.
Health coaches like myself are educated guides in the fields of nutrition, wellness and mentoring.
My job as your health coach is to help you articulate your health and wellness goals and then work together to achieve them. We develop new habits to make progress towards those goals.
We're all looking for a fuller, happier life. Many of my clients want to lose weight and keep it off. Many clients struggle to break unhealthy eating habits. Others are searching for improved gut health/digestion. All of my clients learn the foundation of improved health: detoxification.
I'm here to listen to where you're coming from, talk about where you'd like to be, and help you formulate a plan to get there.
